HOUSE PORTRAITS
These portraits make a wonderful gift for birthdays, anniversaries or Christmas.
Prices start as low as $150 for a small house portrait (5x7in) These small house portraits are done in pen&ink and watercolour.
If you are interested in having a portrait done of your home or cottage, send multiple photos to me showing the home from various angles, and then some close-up photos of details such as the entry door etc.
Sometimes a client will prefer to have a cat or a dog on the doorstep or children playing in the yard or even an antique car in the driveway. All of these considerations as well as final size of the art can be discussed.
If you cannot provide photos, we can make arrangements for myself to take the photos for an additional fee.
Once we have agreed on the basic vision of the artwork, I will give you a quote. Before I proceed a 50% deposit is required.
When the painting is complete, we can meet for approval. Sometimes there may be minor touch ups required to meet with your satisfaction. When you are satisfied with the work the final payment is due.
